Now it's the worst. - Average bid cost is about 3$ while average project cost is 10$. - About 85% of projects posted are fake. - Service fee is 2 times larger than it was year ago. - Awful support (looks like it doesn't exist at all). - Scammers scammers scammers. Extremely greedy company who ruins their business themselves.

Customer service is dishonest and not… Customer service is dishonest and not trustworthy. I tried to complain about the fake jobs posted on their platform. I just got blamed for responding to the fake jobs (when I did not know a lot of the posting their are fake. Then I told the that nonpaid clients should not be able to contact applicants. Instead I received a warning for responding to them

tl;dr Upwork simply dont. tl;dr Upwork simply dont. Upwork is a very bad place to work with clients. I tried to offer severl projects. As soon as one project was accepted by a freelancer the site suspended my profile. Support is not helping at all. Their responses are not related to the issue. Verification process is failing for unknown reasons, no feedback. Tickets are marked as solved without being. Communication with freelancer who started with the project is not possible, as they Upwork denies any communication. Long story short, i went to another site which is much better.

Upwork is nest of scammers The freelance site upwork.com is a joke; it's absolutely full of scammers. It seems that anyone from India, Pakistan, or other places with just a device can call themselves a full-stack developer. They promise you everything, but in the end, they are at most, at best, high school graduates who happen to have a computer. Do NOT, I repeat, let yourself be scammed like I was for thousands of US dollars. Contacting Upwork is not possible, and if you complain about a freelancer and give them one or two stars, they can also rate the client with a star. Do you understand that? I will advise everybody to stay away from it

Great services. Great services. I am buying on UpWork for 2 years now, and never got dissapointed. Yesterday I received my last order (job completed) and I am more then satisfied. Looking forward for a even longer relationship.
