i have always had very good service and… i have always had very good service and quality products from Adsit but had this one incident of packaging my order; it was a foam hood pad that should have been rolled on a core, boxed and shipped, lI pay for shipping but it wasn't it was folded into a quite small box which caused creasing. I flattened it for 9 days with weight on it to regain most of the flatness and installed the pad. I also found the same Hood Pad on two other web sites for considerably less cost, actually 2/3 less! I contacted Adsit about the packaging which they said they would address.

Got an hard top electric hoist for a… Got an hard top electric hoist for a fair amount of money. My expectations were that is a well designed working well system. Unfortunately looks more like a backyard put together kit . The fairlead of the winch I ve got was well used, the pulleys were the wrong type for this application , could not be used being the closed type.. Stay away!

You guys suck I ordered a part 3 weeks ago and it has still not shipped. I have called 3 times and always get the run around “the part is being shipped soon” still waiting for my call back when they said “I’m going to check the warehouse and call you back” you guys have a lot of nerve with the fact that you guys have sent me 2 emails asking me to review your company when you haven’t even shipped my item. I found the part on another site for a little bit more $ should have just paid more money for better customer service

The electric hardtop hoist works great The electric hardtop hoist works great. I did have to download the manual for the electric winch as the instructions only referenced a manual winch. It is still a two person job removing the top and placing it in its storage rack, but no one has to do any heavy lifting. For some reason, that SL500 hardtop gets heavier every year.

Part shipped is a Chinese knock off… Part shipped is a Chinese knock off which has been documented on Mercedes sites to malfunction. Price of this imitation part is $27.00 on sites like Autowarehause. The genuine Mercedes part has been recently remanufactured by Mercedes and sells for $109.00. Adsitco charges $100 for this imitation part. When I called customer service, they told me Adsitco never publishes manufacturers names on part listing, which confuses me with all of the ‘genuine’ Mercedes references on their web site. I had sent a email to customer service asking the to confirm part was Bosche, and go no reply.
