GBYou don’t get what you pay for. Ordered a part. Website stated shipping would be advised later. Several days go by, no advice. Wondering where my order is, 1 week later I called the company. Gentleman advises parts are scheduled to be shipped next day and shipping cost yet to be advised. One week later, same gentleman calls to say the part is no longer available. Tells me the part has not been available for over a year. Not sure how that is supposed to make me feel better? Part remains advertised on website. No apology from rep. Still awaiting refund. What an unprofessional bunch.

GBGood communication regarding getting… Good communication regarding getting proper fitment for part ordered. after part was ordered, communication fell off and shipping was delayed due to difficulty locating part (info per Adsit). Upon request shipping date and tracking number provided and reason for delay. Not Adsit's fault, but UPS destroyed the box that part was shipped in. Box was marked handle with care and these labels were also damaged.

GBAdsit is a joke Adsit is a joke, I ordered a Transmission and Torque converter for my w126, it took several months to finally arrive, and when it did, the transmission was busted and upside down in a broken crate, and the torque converter was fully missing (which I understand was likely not Adist's fault) the problem came when I wanted it returned and replaced, there was a SEVERE lack of communication, but whereas while I was buying the transmission and parts, and sending them 4,000 dollars, they were certainly very helpful and communicative. But as soon as they had my money, they had no reason to speak to me any longer. After a few months, they only spoke to me once my bank sent them a charge dispute notice in the mail on my behalf. Due to the lack of communication, i wanted a full refund, which they tried their best to fight against, but eventually offered to have it "refunded", with a HUGE chunk of my money kept for "restocking" , despite the fact I know that they insured the transmission and torque converter, AND got all their money back, PLUS their transmission back, which they could rebuild, PLUS them trying to keep a massive chunk of my money. In the end, after 5 months of fighting with the help of my bank, I got back all my money, with my bank likely taking the loss for me. Please beware of this company, they have decent but overpriced parts from what I could see, but if you are ready to wait several months to get it, and likely have to deal with these uncommunicative baboons if there is the slightest problem, it would certainly be worth checking out other Mercedes part sellers.

GBThe electric hardtop hoist works great The electric hardtop hoist works great. I did have to download the manual for the electric winch as the instructions only referenced a manual winch. It is still a two person job removing the top and placing it in its storage rack, but no one has to do any heavy lifting. For some reason, that SL500 hardtop gets heavier every year.

GBMy wheels were recieved on time My wheels were recieved on time, the ordering process was flawless. When i got to the tire shop for mounting I was informed that the front wheels were rubbing the rotors upon calling Adsitco they said they could send my out a second set with a different offset, which would mean i would have to pay for a second mount of my wheels. I would have expected sone consideration for my inconvenience. I had to have my rotors modified to make wheels work. If you have a 95 S420 get the deeper inset and save your self the added expense.
