LOUSY Had Wiper blades ordered last week and were supposed to come a number of days ago. the USPS tracking just says "in transit, will arrive late" I'd understand if it was a day late fine but a whole week late, that's unacceptable. When I contact WBUSA all they give you is some stupid 3 option path which all lead to you leaving them a message that they will not return. when I sent an email out, i got some generic response that they'll look into the matter and contact me back which (surprise surprise) they never did, and now if i want to cancel/return my order i must wait 30 days so I can get my money back. 100% will not order ANYTHING from there again. 100% do not recommended unless you take delight in being scammed and taken for a loop

ordered from Amazon...quick delivery… ordered from Amazon...quick delivery and great blades...instruction video was excellent...it took me under 5 minutes to install both blades and I never did it before...blades feel like a quality product...the work 👍 great...

No more streaks I was so impressed to know that this vendor wants the customer to be completely satisfied with the purchase! And how many other vendors actually make sure that you know how they attach to the vehicle! That's consideration to detail!!

5 Stars - Great Communication, Great Product My goodness! The timeliness and ease of ordering, communicating, and installing wiper blades from WiperBladesUSA was amazing! Upon ordering, they emailed me a PDF with clear installation instructions. I had a question about the adapter for my wipers and within minutes, they emailed a response with details.

Amazing customer service I ordered from Wiper Blades as they had an amazing line of wipers. I’m tired of buying junk around town. To my disappointment when my package arrived the box had been damaged and it looked like UPS had chewed on it. I had one missing wiper and one still in the box. UPS takes pictures on doorsteps and I had taken pictures too. I had called wiper blades and did not get ahold of anyone. I left a message as they say “we will get back to you within 24 hours.” We all know how this goes. By the morning when I woke up a customer service rep emailed me and asked for pics so they could file a claim and get me a replacement. Within the time of my email they had already shipped me a new one. Amazing customer service, great company and needless to say I will be back when I need more wipers. Thank you!!!!
