No reponse from Customer Service after 5 days WiperBladesUSA.com has the worst customer service. They sent a pair for a new model vehicle that is clearly the wrong size. I emailed and left a voicemail, which is what they requested because they do not answer the phone. Crickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Good blade but inadequate fit Order received today. Finally able to install on my 2013 Audi A8 Quattro but pics show (will provide access to Dropbox): 1) the 26 inch wiper blade is almost an inch shorter than an OEM, while the 20 inch is same size as OEM 2) with both the blades there is a poor fit in that the attachment is too long and thus extends beyond the wiper arm 3) the knob to secure the blades is almost 1mm shorter in both width and length than the OEM and does not fill the opening

Excellent customer service experience... During the wiper instillation process I broke a needed part. I left a phone message asking if the broken part could be replaced. The next business day I received an email from an actual person asking for clarification of the part needed. After responding to the email the replacement part arrived in three days. A tracking number was even supplied. Well done and thank you!
