Great customer service The customer service taking my phone order was top notch! The sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is regarding shipping notices. I got an email when my order was created, but the item arrives at my house before I received a shipping notice or tracking info. It would have been nice to know expected delivery times rather than wonder for 5 days if my order had shipped.

" No Bolts" for the Installation Purchased a westin hdx grill gaurd for my 2021 hd2500, arrived via shipping company less than a week. Started install, removed bumper, followed directions, cut out needed valance for brackets to pass through, get to the part where now I have to start mounting hardware, " No bolts" in the kit. Called same day to realtruck, took my pictures of torn box, did what was needed to fulfill their requirements. Going on week two,04/10/2024 and still no bolts. Will probably NEVER buy through Real Truck in the future since I've been passed off to waiting on HD to get bolts, still have no clue when they are coming, but realtruck was quick at getting that money for the product, nor so quick at resolving problems.

Fair price-decent quality- easy installation -looks good after two weeks and one snowstorm. Very happy with purchase so far.

Worst support i have ever seen stay away Worst support i have ever seen. Girl on go rihno e mail support must hate her job... needed spare part to my rollbar. Ended up with nothing but bad writing from her.
