I ordered a Gator hard cover for my… I ordered a Gator hard cover for my 2022 Frontier, was charged the next day. Two weeks no shipping confirmation, contacted Real Truck and was told it would be 25-30 BUSINESS days before shipment. Meaning they do not stock anything, just order it to be made and shippped from the manufacturer, NONE OF THIS WAS DISCLOSED AT ORDER. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Ordered 4-8-24 still crickets, nothing no cover no ETA.

Great customer service The customer service taking my phone order was top notch! The sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is regarding shipping notices. I got an email when my order was created, but the item arrives at my house before I received a shipping notice or tracking info. It would have been nice to know expected delivery times rather than wonder for 5 days if my order had shipped.

F350 stuff Service was very good. Mud flaps worked out good, tonneau cover seems a bit small and did not like the way the bug deflector used tape to attach.

It took a while to open up the boxes finally and got the rims mounted, and everything turned out perfectly as promised 3 months when I called and bought the product.
