Unresponsive This has been a totally stressful experience. I booked a service, and when I heard nothing after 2 days, I called. I was told that my rep had a family emergency and the other rep would get back to me that night or the next day. A week after I placed my order, still no communication. I called and had the same message--tonight or tomorrow. Nothing. I contacted Road Runner instead and was confirmed in 5 minutes.

Great company So, let me tell you about route runners transport. I Called the rep, told him I needed my car moved. He was like no problem, quoted me and said he will set me up. He called back the same day with a driver, although the car was not available for pick up. But he called after the weekend and had me reserved. He was straight with pricing, called with updates and emailed me with contact info of the driver, a easy no stress service

called to have my truck shipped from… called to have my truck shipped from Vermont to Colorado and within one day of calling they had already found someone to do the job and it was picked up. They delivered on time and were extremely helpful. I would recommend them anytime to anyone looking for a great and reliable company. Great experience.
