GBEXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I've purchased 2 vehicles within months of each other from Bill Holcumb. Both buying experiences were super quick and easy. Yesterday, I got a flat tire, but my vehicle didn't have a wheel lock. I contacted Bill, who put me in contact with Cole, who had my vehicle towed to the shop at their expense, to get the lug nuts off and put new ones on and give me a wheel lock. I just cannot express how amazingly wonderful it is to have a team who genuinely cares!

GBThis company can improve by teaching… This company can improve by teaching customers service to your employees!!! I felt treated very rudely by an employee name Rob!! Am 66 years old and this guy tells me to stop playing games, because he stating that he had told me about renting a car and how I would have to paid if I went over the seven days of renting with the insurance. I was never informed of this I was told I be paying taxes and $50. for deposit!!!! My whole ordeal from start to finish with auto lenders was a tremendous amount of wrong information everyone I had spoken too had something different to say!!!!!!

GBLook no further! You've found the best! Miles and Russ are professional, courteous, honest and all around great guys! Kristen in service appointments as well was professional, courteous and kind. Even after they sold me the vehicle they are helping me figure out something. In every other dealership, once you drive away that's it you're done, not with Auto Lenders! They really do care and it's so rare in that business. Thank you to everyone who is helping me out and who helped me out. On a side note, everyone that I know said they are so glad I bought from auto lenders because they truly are the best!

GBGlad to take your money but will not work with you when you have a issue!! I purchased a nice truck and paid top dollar for it. The next day I noticed that one of the options I really wanted was advertised on the paper but was not on the truck. I contacted the salesman and he said they have a disclaimer that says there may be a mistake as advertised and the option may not be on the Vehicle. So I was mad with that answer and the next day he called and said he felt bad about the situation. He contacted the owner of Auto lenders and was told to tell me they will make good for the option to be installed (if I split the cost) and the option was only $350. After I paid top $$ for the Truck one would think they would be glad to install the option to satisfy a customer the day after he purchased the truck from them. Never again would I purchase a Vehicle from Auto Lenders, be aware!!
