GBGlad to take your money but will not work with you when you have a issue!! I purchased a nice truck and paid top dollar for it. The next day I noticed that one of the options I really wanted was advertised on the paper but was not on the truck. I contacted the salesman and he said they have a disclaimer that says there may be a mistake as advertised and the option may not be on the Vehicle. So I was mad with that answer and the next day he called and said he felt bad about the situation. He contacted the owner of Auto lenders and was told to tell me they will make good for the option to be installed (if I split the cost) and the option was only $350. After I paid top $$ for the Truck one would think they would be glad to install the option to satisfy a customer the day after he purchased the truck from them. Never again would I purchase a Vehicle from Auto Lenders, be aware!!

We recently purchased a used car from Auto Lenders and needed to return for a state inspection. During this visit, we highlighted on the form that the vehicle pulsates violently when slowing down at highway speeds, a common symptom of warped brake rotors. Regrettably, the service department dismissed our concern, attributing the issue solely to the brake pads, which they replaced. Despite their efforts, the car still pulsates violently at highway speeds, indicating that the root cause lies beyond the brake pads. My husband, a seasoned mechanic of over 15 years, is certain that the brake pads are not the source of the problem. We have attempted to escalate this matter to the manager of the Fairless Hills location to seek a resolution, but have been met with an alarming lack of response and accountability. This prolonged lack of attention and unresolved issue has left us gravely disappointed in the service provided by Auto Lenders. As first-time customers, this experience has undoubtedly tarnished our perception of Auto Lenders. The disregard for our concerns and the failed attempts to address the underlying problem have left us questioning the integrity of your service department and the overall quality of your offerings. We urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide us with a satisfactory resolution to rectify the ongoing issue with our vehicle. Additionally, we hope that steps will be taken to prevent similar lapses in customer service and technical expertise in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
