GBNo Response When Trying To Return/Exchange Ordered a BMW X5 dog barrier, turns out they have two models for 2018 vehicles, one 2018+ and one 2013 - 2018. I ordered the wrong one and found out when I tried to install. Since then I've called and left two voicemails and sent three separate emails and have yet to receive a response on how I can return or exchange this product. Even stranger is when I call, I get a receptionist and she sends me to a customer service line which continually takes me straight to voicemail.

GBPerfect dog guards! I have now used Travall on 3 separate occasions- one for my VW Golf, one for my mother in laws Vauxhall Mokka and another for my newly purchased Skoda Superb. On each occasion, I’ve found the transactions to be very smooth and without issue. The staff I’ve dealt with over the phone and via email have always been polite and courteous and very helpful, and the dog guards themselves are of a very high standard and are very easy to fit. I would highly recommend this company! :-)

GBHighly recommend I ordered the full tailgate, divider and door for my Jaguar Fpace. Easy to install, with good instructions and fits the boot perfectly. Not cheap but good quality. I placed the order on Sunday evening and it arrived by mid day Tuesday, so very quick. I would recommend to anyone purchasing for an F Pace.

GBSent a request for some product… Sent a request for some product information via the online form. 2 weeks later nothing. I’ve bought 2 dog guards - both excellent, but not sure why a simple request for information couldn’t be picked up.

GBMisleading delivery times Misleading delivery times! Asks on the website to ensure that someone will be at home to sign for the parcel, which is somewhat normal. What isn't normal is the 1-2 days delivery actually meaning 4+ days and the customer service lady talking down to you like your an idiot for booking time off work for a delivery that hasn't even left the warehouse. Just poor communication. Also having worked in fulfilment it's strange to see a company in 2022 not be able to dispatch a product next working day.
