This is a great place This is a great place, the shop is something to see. Rollx goes the extra mile to test the vans and work with manufacturers to keep factory warranty. I only had 2 small issues, wanting to put a trailer hitch on and the factory hitch is the only one that fits, would of been nice to know before making my appointment. Side door was not closing, found the trim is loose and needs to be hit back into place couple times a week. Otherwise it has been a great place to do business with.

I received a 2017 Honda van that I was … I received a 2017 Honda van that I was not able to use, couldn't transfer to the passenger seat or use the tri-peg spinner to drive it. And I am still dealing with other issues with this van since I received it three weeks ago.

There were just a couple of things that… There were just a couple of things that could be improved upon: we bought a three year old used van and when it was brought home the van had not been cleaned very well. Spots on carpet, dirt on arm rests, small crumbs in hidden spots, just not detailed. The other small detail was that between the sale and the finished product and pick up date there was very little communication letting us know the progress. We love our van and everyone we worked with was very pleasant and helpful.

My sales rep My sales rep, Peter Doukas, was very informative, very attentive, very knowledgeable, very prompt with accurate information and very patient with me. I had many questions and changed directions a couple of times but Peter gladly and patiently helped me through every step of the way. Rating would have been 5 stars except my van took longer than originally quoted. That might be a good thing though. It tells me they were busy and were being trusted by a lot of people
