The vehicle was shipped without all the… The vehicle was shipped without all the features I ordered so delivery was delayed over a week while the right parts were shipped and installed. This was the hand controls for the wheelchair vehicle. The paperwork for me to register the vehicle in CA wasn't sent to me until 3 days before the temporary registration expired. When I did go to register it at DMV I was told I needed a smog certificate because it was from out of state. I'm sure you must have known this as this is not the first vehicle you've sold in CA and it would have saved me time and two trips and waits at DMV if I had known I needed it before going to DMV.

highly recommend Rollx We have worked with Rollx for several years and just purchased our 4th van from Rollx. We have had excellent service and have been very satisfied!! We have worked with Rocky each time, and appreciate his recommendations as we select the right Rollx van and options needed for our son and family. He has always pointed us in the right direction!!!

Purchased a RollX conversion van Purchased a RollX conversion of a Pacifica with less than a 1,000 miles. The batteries had to be replaced so it was easier to remove the air cleaner box to get the batteries out. The air cleaner box was forced into position so hard that RollX had broken the mount and jury rigged the broken mounting tab by putting numerous washers and a rubber gasket to keep the air cleaner box secure. Under the air cleaner box is the lift plates that they use to get clearance on the front end. The plate was not painted and rusting to the point that it was pitting. It may have been an old plate that was already rusting that had laid in the shop for some time. I can only speculate. There were latex gloves stuck to the air box and had they fallen off would have landed on the exhaust and would have probably caught on fire. There were numerous spacers, bolts and washers laying around on top of the various components in the engine compartment. The caps to the headlights used to adjust the headlights were laying in the engine compartment. The bolts on the passenger side for the lift plates were rusted. The plate on that side has paint. I contacted RollX on all these issues weeks ago and sent them the pictures of the poor quality control. These are all issues that happened before the vehicle left their facility. Even after sending pictures of the rust, gloves, bolts, spacers, headlight caps and shoddy work they didn't take any ownership of the issues. The inside of the vehicle is good workmanship. The stuff not visible in the engine compartment was a disaster waiting to happen. Their was no pride or ownership inside the engine compartment even when I confronted them with the issues and the images.

There were just a couple of things that… There were just a couple of things that could be improved upon: we bought a three year old used van and when it was brought home the van had not been cleaned very well. Spots on carpet, dirt on arm rests, small crumbs in hidden spots, just not detailed. The other small detail was that between the sale and the finished product and pick up date there was very little communication letting us know the progress. We love our van and everyone we worked with was very pleasant and helpful.

More than I expected, pleasently surprised. Well built handicap conversion van. Love the operation of the unit. I was treated good by any of the staff / team during the process of my van rolling through the conversion process. Answered my questions in a timely manor. Being my 1st handicap van I was pleasantly surprised at how well the van drives and the lower noise level inside the van. Now I just need to get used to it.
