GBService has declined over the years Service has declined over the years, but the prices have gone up. I use this company every year for the last three years to transport friends/colleagues to a holiday dinner. First year, van had no heat. Second year was great. This year was a disaster. The driver couldn't see well. The built-in GPS was not working properly and I had to use my phone GPS to guide driver to the destination. I couldn't spent time with friends talking, as I was stressed out with the navigation and making sure the driver heard me (he couldn't hear very well). Return trip was great. But the prices aren't explained clearly and there's an additional charge on my card that I am waiting to get clarification on. It's a hit or miss with this company.

GBAbsolutely worst service in the world… Absolutely worst service in the world driver left us at Pine knob and driver was driving erratic not only would I never use this company again but I am filing a small claims lawsuit again the company and the driver run as fast as you can form this company 💯💯💯💪

GBWe were promised bottomless champagne… We were promised bottomless champagne but inly to get 2 bottles of which one of them was given to us after we asked and driver had it in the front sit. We were promised birthday banners and red carpet for photo shoot,but the driver said because it was raining and also that the carpet was dirty therefore we shouldn't bother.Very disappointed with this,as my highlight for the whole booking was the red carpet and shoot.

GBThey botched my brothers funeral We hired this service for my 28 year old brother’s funeral. They were to pick us up at 8:30am and we had a few destinations. At 8:35am I called asking for a status update and was told I would be called right back. 10 minutes later I decide to call back and was told the driver is stuck in traffic. I told the dispatcher that we are already late to the funeral and to have the limo meet us at church to continue our trip from there. The limo never showed up even at the church to continue our trip. They completely botched my brothers funeral. When I called to ask for a refund it was admitted to me the driver was not in traffic he had overslept. Horrible customer service. If I had not called I would still be waiting for the limo. On top of it they lied the whole way through.
