Very Dissapointed! Contacted the compaany for my wife and kids from Afghanistan. Was promised the driver would 1) be there on time, 2) identify himself at the gate, 3) and deliver flowers seperately (which i paid for) to my daughter and wife. NONE of that occurred. The driver was also late picking them up from the hotel the morning of departure. I will NEVER use this company again and communicate this to all I know traveling to NY and considering limo service.

misleading website I will never use this service again. Website made the transportation to and from the airport look like one price. I was charged for both trips, so I had to pay twice the price and it was impossible to reach a person to argue this charge. The transportation was clean and drivers nice. But price was the issue.

I highly recommend this airport transportation service I was very satisfied with the airport transportation provided by NY City Limo. The chauffeur was on time picking us up and a very safe driver. We have had drivers in the past that show up late and then speed to get to the airport scaring us both. This driver was excellent. When we returned we were lucky and had the same driver. I highly recommend this airport transportation service

November Birthday Celebration Other than not receiving a phone call upon my limo's arrival I have no complaints. The driver was excellent and very attentive and just generally pleasant. The financial transaction was smooth as well. I have used many different limo services and this one ranks right up there with the best and is competitively priced.
