It was pretty expensive for what it is but the websites at fault for not displaying more comprehensive information. And if you order from Eibach free shipping which I paid for shipping through vivid racing and no tracking information was given

Inconsiderate Went on their website and ordered a part only to be told later it was out of stock. They should update their ad instead of letting people waste their time sending the money only to have it sent back. Lost a week waiting for the refund. Unacceptable

Vivid racing I had no issue with Vivid racing I had no issue with , I had a issue with Armytrix exhaust and their unresponsive customer service I asked them for a check engine delete code for flap 2 error on a cls mercedes 450 2023 , and they never responded back with a fix for it .

I ordered an item from the web page… I ordered an item from the web page that apparently wasn't available for sale. It was suggested I order this other item that was significantly more expensive. I did and found it came from Quadratech, a company I already have an account with and use regularly. It took at least three tries for the webpage to accept my purchase. How many webpage tries does it take for a customer to give up on you?

Shipping & Customer Service Very fast shipping and great customer service by Jorge Garcia. My request of holding the wheels at the fedex location to be picked up instead of delivering it to my home address went very smooth. Ordered a set of volk racing te37 sl on 4/10/24 and it was delivered on 4/12/24. Given I’m in CA and vivid racing is in AZ, most other sites that sell wheels that are here in CA won’t have that fast shipping and would probably take a week to be delivered. I highly recommend vivid racing for all your car part needs.
