didn’t fit right lights didn’t completely fit right and ended up being an extra bulb after i had everything plugged in (2003 Pontiac Grand Am). was made specifically for my car but had to take it to the mechanics and get them to install it as it needed to be reworked and that’s out of my skill set. was hoping to be able to put them on myself but that resulted in a huge extra cost.

Incomplete order So I have figured out all the bad reviews for vivid racing. I was looking for a truck tool box and found exactly what I was looking for from vivid racing. I actually tried to order it and was having problems completing the order. I got to looking into them and many said they had problems getting their order and couldn’t cancel. Some have waited many months on items payed for and never getting a refund. The truck tool box I was trying to order from them had a manufacturers name on it. I called them with the item number that vivid racing had for it and the company that is was to come from hasn’t had that item for 2 years now. So if ordered from vivid racing and paid for they would promise delivery once the item is available. But that would have never happened since it hasn’t been available for 2 years now. I’m glad I didn’t complete that order or that would have been money lost. Stay away from vivid racing.

I ordered Xprite White Conceal strobes… I ordered Xprite White Conceal strobes for use during daylight hours on the highway. The purpose was to make my motorcycle more visible to other vehicles at higher speeds. I received the package in a timely manner and in good condition. The seller even followed up twice to ensure delivery was satisfactory. I would order from Vivid Racing again without hesitation. Highly recommend! Joe, Ontario, Canada.

New ND Miata Hood & Trunk Despite a hiccup with the secondary freight company, who dropped off the shipment when I wasn't home, which could have been a huge issue if there was damage. My experience overall was great. Chris helped confirm parts availability in the US and significantly reduced shipping costs. He also communicated well via email. The Chargespeed Carbon Hood and Trunk for my 2020 ND Mazda Miata are impressive, despite minor imperfections which are attributable to Chargespeed rather than Vivid Racing.

Awful service and experience After two weeks still didn't have any shipping info. Upon trying to get any update I could only get an automated system which said in 24 hours less I would have an update which never came. Upon reaching a person he stated that the automated system can't do that... He told me they'd have an update in 24 hours again, but still no update. A third contact revealed that it hasn't been shipped and won't even ship for another 3 weeks. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere
