GBHorrible customer service! Absolutely worst customer service I have dealt with. Kathy the woman that works there called me for a week straight 5-7 am, some of the time from a private number when I needed emailed the information for the Core return. I am not awake that early and when I called back during normal business hours each I couldn't get a hold of them. When I finally did, her response very rudely was "you better answer for FedEx" when I asked to speak to a supervisor she huge up on me and I never got a call back. She is the only one who answers the phone so I cannot get a hold of anyone else. Loved the transmission works great, but I will never buy anything again just because of this woman!

GBPurchased a replacement transmission 2… Purchased a replacement transmission 2 years ago through Best buy. I have waited to write a review until I've been able to give the replacement a workout. I installed it myself, at a lower price and better warranty than if I were to purchase one from the dealer. We have also towed our camper, which is at the upper end of the towing limit for my truck, on 2 decently long trips with no incident. If I ever need another transmission, Best buy transmissions will be my first stop.

GBOutstanding service and product Outstanding service and product. I did a lot of research before purchasing my re-manufactured 4l60E transmission from Best Buy. They were a bit more expensive than some, but the 5yr warranty and the simplicity of the purchasing process won me over. Transmission came faster than promised, and when the job was done the old one was picked up the same day I notified them. Transmission fits and works perfectly. Would buy from them again.

GBawesome company !!!!! this is not a 5-star company... it is a10-star company!!!!! ordered a transmission on monday and it arrived a few days later on thursday!!! are you kidding me you can't send a letter threw the mail that fast!!! also used this company before for another vehicle a couple years ago and that transmission is still working perfect!!! i have never left a review on anything but this purchase i couldn't resist...!!!!

GBPoor warranty service I’ve been waiting a week to hear from them regarding a very simple straight forward warranty claim. I called after three days and they sent me an email saying we’ll get back to you today or tomorrow morning that’s 4 days ago. Now when I call it goes to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. I run a small service business and have not been able to provide my customers any service or give them a date and time when I can. I’m forced to purchase a transmission from another company because I can’t afford to lose any more business.
