GBGot to say Got to say, shipping from store to me was quick & appreciated but the wait time of shipping from warehouse to store was a joke. 1&1/2 weeks from order to home delivery, 3 calls in between to find out where part was? Appreciate the part but no more buisness from me,

GBOrdered 2 simple parts that I could of … Ordered 2 simple parts that I could of got anywhere . Almost 2 weeks later still haven't got them not even a tracking number . I could of had somebody walk them from Florida to San Francisco by now

GBfinding parts When on your site, I wasn't seeing any readily available way of identifying parts by make, model, and year. I looked up some oil filters by just guessing at the SKU # but I still had to email customer service to confirm. I'm the kind of guy that knows what I need and normally I don't want to talk to somebody and ask them, I just want to look my stuff up and checkout. Occasionally I might have a question, but as long as I've been doing this, there's not much I don't know about the HD big twins, and there's few guys out there that can tell me what I don't know, most of them will just be looking off of a screen, and that I don't need. If there's something here I'm missing please tell me.

GBMy experience was 100% excellent My experience was 100% excellent. I ordered a Shoei GT Air from K&G because they were cheaper than their competitors. The order was shipped out very quickly, shipping (free) was very fast as well, and the helmet arrived packed well without issues. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat for any motorcycle needs.
