GBGreat Customer Service, in spite of a picking error. Ordered a D.O.T. German helmet, but received the wrong item. Customer service promptly sent out a return shipping envelope so we could correct the error.

GBK and G sells products they know are any good! I've been a customer of K and G for several years. Recently purchased a pair of jeans. Washed them and they shrank. Didn't have my receipt but I know previously you just gave the clerk your phone number and they could pull up your purchase. Went to the store in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and was told I could get a store credit because I washed the jeans. I requested to speak with the manager and he told me he knows the jeans shrink and that when you wash them you shouldn't dry them. The label inside the pants says to tumble dry low. So I didn't receive a refund or a store credit. I asked if he knows the pants shrink why are you still selling them. He just laughed. I called corporate and was told that's up to the manager of the store. So they don't care if a manger ruins their reputation.

GBGood experience overall Good experience overall. My only suggestion would be to better inform the customer of their order status. I placed an order that had to be partially filled from the manufacturer and wasn't going to ship from K&G for some time. I was not informed of this delay until I emailed and asked. This information should come automatically.

GBK&G had back-order problems with UNIK Leather Ordered a UNIK Leathet vest and jacket....vest drop-shipped from UNIK and arrived in a few days...jacket on back order for over a month then put back on back order and I was told it could be 6 more weeks. Canceled and received refund...no issues.

GBVery expensive shipping Glad to find this dash panel insert and didn't mind the 12 dollar plus price, but I feel the 9 dollar shipping charge was excessive. They could have just put it in a stamped envelope and mailed it to me for less than a buck
