Order Not Fulfilled; Bad Customer Service I placed my order, waited a week, and then called because I never received my shipping confirmation. Turns out the order was never fulfilled. When I called I felt like I got a lot of attitude and excuses. Then they said they could most likely get the order fulfilled on a Monday which was about 2 weeks after I placed the original order, which after shipping is about 3 weeks after the original order. I just ended up cancelling it.

DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER I ordered interstate mcbee gasket kits and some other things from these guys they are quick with replies and shipping they have the best price over everybody for mcbee brand parts been emailing Stan Rodriguez dont wanna sound corny but STAN IS THE MAN!!! AWESOME In the industry since 1983 and have dealt with suppliers all over the country and can honestly say HD Kits has been the best supplier I have ever encountered. Due to superior customer service and in all my years dealing with Jose and HD Kits they have never not been able to supply what was requested. That is a rarity in this industry
