Rubbish quality at high prices Website looks great, pictures of items looks good. However eventually when it turns up….. the quality is shocking, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Customer service is non existent, as clearly they are Chinese they don’t have to abide by uk consumer law and won’t refund. They only offered to refund 25% of the shipping fee, laughable. They know there products are bad and just hide behind there returns policy. I spent over £130, I may as well have thrown it in the wind. Hope this helps

If I had known that, I wouldnt have placed the order. their website claims 6-12 days. well, I ordered mine on the 9th of March, it shipped on the 12th and it is now the 28th. on the shipping page, its all in chinese. thankfully my phone translates it automatically.

Rim Protector Adhesive Failure Purchased the 20" rim protector in black. The adhesive on one of the protectors failed after 2 months. Teslaunch would not replace the item. I had no choice but to purchase a replacement. I'm generally pleased with the product (the do the job and look good) and at this point consider the failure to be a "one-off". However, I am extremely disappointed that the company does not stand behind their product.

Matte Carbon Wrap Firstly, the product is really good. Quality is excellent. I needed some assistance and contacted the support team there. They were brilliant too. Sorted the issue quickly and without hesitation. Would recommend.
