We rented through Economy car rental… We rented through Economy car rental website because it included insurance. Insurance was accepted by Dollar car rental and they gave us a large discount for a bigger car. Pick up and return were super straight forward. Great service and car

End-to-End Great Experience! On-line check-in (even for non members) made the pickup fast. Our counter person suggested a larger vehicle (V6) since we were mountain driving and even though it was an upsell it was a good idea and glad we did it. Got to choose the vehicle we wanted out of several different manufacturers in the pick-up row. Return was fast and easy.

Returned car one month later and was told my security deposit would be refunded with 3- 5 working days. That was over two month ago and I'm still waiting,despite the fact my son has been in there office nearly every week asking what was happening and the same reply was 3-5 working days. Never in a million years would I rent from this company again. If anyone has any sense and reads these reviews they will go elsewhere to hire a car.

At about 4am the staff was Quick and easy to get a vehicle at my price range when I needed. The staff was extremely helpful and honest with me and my spouse. I will for now on book my vehicle in Dom Rep with Hertz /Dollar company.

I have rented a car in Los Angeles I have rented a car in Los Angeles international airport, car was rented through Miles car rental, final company was Dollar. At 1 am was in the office long list of customers waiting for a car, officer told us that we should wait for 2 hours. Finally we have wait for 1 hour, but service was terrible. Dollar has charged me additional fee above agreed price in Miles rental.
