GBToo Few Buses returning nightly to the Poconos Dear whoever is on charge of scheduling, can you please reevaluate your bus schedule leaving NewYork City and heading to the Poconos in Pa. Your nightly bus schedule leaving NYC is crushing! 7pm, 8:30pm and 11:30pm is just too little! Would you reconsider an hourly schedule, to accommodate all the commuters who use your service.

GBMartz is clean Martz is clean, punctual and nice. The only thing is that the seats 💺 are too narrow. The person sitting next to you is on your arm or sometimes the person next to u spread out too much on his seat to make u uncomfortable thru the long ride.

GBGreat service Easy process for ticket purchase, friendly customer service when I called with a question, on time departure, comfortable seating and temperature in bus. Driver was friendly and drove safe. I felt safe through the while process with COVID safety they had in place

GBDon't use Martz 2/1/24- the bus driver refused to put on any type of air. There was no air blowing from the top, foot, or sides of the bus. No air circulation what so ever. I asked the bus driver twice to put the air on and his response was someone will complain. LIAR! This bus driver is a mean person. Complaining to the coward administration doesn't do any good.

GBTicket system I think the new reservation ticket system is an inconvenience. Having to always book a trip every single time we need to travel is extra steps/tasks for commuters. Where as our old system simply scan the code for the ride is more flexible. If this ticket system is going to be mandatory and you are removing the old system, I can’t imagine what will happen if and when the system/Martz webpage goes down. I would suggest to keep our existing ticket system for those commuters who do not have time to book every single ride every day and incorporate the new reservation ticket system as needed basis. Thank you!
