Drivers & Staff are Friendly Drivers & Staff are Friendly Prices too high for the services rendered. Management doesn't seem to care about the customers. They instituted a reservation system without polling the daily commuters. They are catering to the vacationers who ride a few times a year instead of us who take the bus 250+ days a year.

Don't use Martz 2/1/24- the bus driver refused to put on any type of air. There was no air blowing from the top, foot, or sides of the bus. No air circulation what so ever. I asked the bus driver twice to put the air on and his response was someone will complain. LIAR! This bus driver is a mean person. Complaining to the coward administration doesn't do any good.

The bus did not enforce mask rules at… The bus did not enforce mask rules at all. I was very uncomfortable in a bus with at least half of the people unmasked. No announcement from the driver, unlike other modes of transportation like LIRR, New Jersey Transit and Amtrak.

It doesn't matter when you take Martz… It doesn't matter when you take Martz they are always on time. When there is heavy traffic, they radio other bus drivers for better alternate routes for a smooth ride. Always excellent.
