Subaru tail light Lense I managed to back into my trash barrel and punched a neat hole in my Subaru Forester tail light lense. The replacement lense NEW was less expensive that a used lense from a local junk yard. Great replacement part and excellent service with free shipping

Extremely Poor Service and Communication Auto Fit accepted payment for 4 auto body parts. Their website showed they had the parts in stock. 2 weeks later the parts still have not shipped, they have not communicated with me. After calling I found they only have one of the parts in stock and that is damaged. I will not ever attempt to order any auto parts through this company again. When speaking to them on the phone, I was passed from department to department, communication was very unprofessional.

After I purchased my parts and moved to outside pick up area I waited for a good solid two hours before I found out that my order from the inside never made it outside to be pulled.

Poor customer service Poor customer service, rude, Cindy and S. Farzan have poor customer service skills. They will not return phone calls but are willing to argue with you via email. Will not provide a return shipping label and their body parts are plastic and flimsy. DON’T ORDER THROUGH HERE!! STAY AWAY!
