Great experience Went to JD byrider and the experience was exilent. Brian and Donna were on top of all the paper work . Fast but informative and answered all my questions. I highly recommend !

They don't tell you at first how the … They don't tell you at first how the payments are going to be made. Yeah, you can get a car as low as $100 down payment but they don't tell you that because the finance company they use CNAC is giving you a loan of the down payment, so you have to pay first that loan and then the actual car payments. Also all the "cheap cars are in bad condition ,a lot of scratches inside and outside. And the payments of 2 times a month? Wth. If you have a budget that you want to pay let's say $300 A month,don't even bother going here. They payments are based for you "income ".

Deceptive sales and predatory lending... My wife and I bought a 2012 Kia Soul here in March. From March to May we had nothing but problems with the vehicle costing me days out of my work and money. They then fix the car and didn't fix it right. Had to lose another day. Explained to them check engine would go on and off after they fixed it and that we though there was an exhaust leak. Supposedly nothing wrong with car and they supposedly fixed exhaust leak. Fast forward to now. Check engine light goes on and off on its own. Exhaust leak never fixed. Had a mechanic check for codes today and came back with 3. Exhaust leak still issue which may have killed catalytic converter. Knock sensor. And leak on evap. The real kicker is that when we looked at the car it had a not for sale sticker on it. My gut says they knew the problems with the car and cleared the codes. The reviews are correct. They charged us more than double what the car is worth and sell cars that won't last. They are the biggest frauds in the industry. Tomorrow they are getting a call and my wife and I are thinking of going to the AG as they still aren't very transparent and use deceptive/predatory practices.

I recently purchased a vehicle from JD… I recently purchased a vehicle from JD Byrider. I must admit I was skeptical about what they could deliver - but they came through. I would highly recommend giving them a try when all else fails. The credit process is thorough and while you may pay a little more you get a car! Even though my car had some issues right from the start the service department took care of all of it at no cost under 30 day warranty. I love my little kia soul even though there were higher end cars available with all the bells and whistles. I’m grateful beyond words to all who serviced and made this happen! Thank you all!

My experience at Jd byrider would not… My experience at Jd byrider would not have been so great if I didn’t have Brian Viera helping me! I honestly mean that!! He got me in a great affordable pretty car and even gave me food to eat while I was waiting🙂I recommend anyone who needs a great affordable car to check out this location in Dartmouth!
