GBDeceptive sales and predatory lending... My wife and I bought a 2012 Kia Soul here in March. From March to May we had nothing but problems with the vehicle costing me days out of my work and money. They then fix the car and didn't fix it right. Had to lose another day. Explained to them check engine would go on and off after they fixed it and that we though there was an exhaust leak. Supposedly nothing wrong with car and they supposedly fixed exhaust leak. Fast forward to now. Check engine light goes on and off on its own. Exhaust leak never fixed. Had a mechanic check for codes today and came back with 3. Exhaust leak still issue which may have killed catalytic converter. Knock sensor. And leak on evap. The real kicker is that when we looked at the car it had a not for sale sticker on it. My gut says they knew the problems with the car and cleared the codes. The reviews are correct. They charged us more than double what the car is worth and sell cars that won't last. They are the biggest frauds in the industry. Tomorrow they are getting a call and my wife and I are thinking of going to the AG as they still aren't very transparent and use deceptive/predatory practices.
