GBSTAY AWAY Ordered part and was told it would ship within 4 days. Started calling and emailing after 6 days to try and find out when it will ship. Talked to them and received emails promising someone would get right back to me. Not one response. Wasted almost 2 weeks and finally cancelled. Totally indifferent and uncaring company. Stay away from this outfit. They are not honorable people.

GBI was told about this vendor from a … I was told about this vendor from a friend. I was looking for a new Master Cylinder which for years had been unable to find. I ordered it from this place, and it was canceled because of not being available, but they provided me a phone number to the manufacturer, whom I called. They had one of them outside of the normal area this vender uses, they immediately called and placed an order hold on it, and 4 days later I got my part, plus because I'm new customer, I received 10% off. This vendor went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the part I needed. They are my go to spot in the future for auto parts.

GBNot sure how you do it Thanks so much for giving us the ability to order a replacement mirror for our RV. Not sure how you do it, not only were you able to get us the exact part, which we couldn't find anywhere else, but both the mirror's price and shipping costs were reasonable! Thank you!

GBPoor Packaging!!! I don't know if these items were packaged by find it parts or a third party, but packaging was awful. I know these items were heavy long, and bulky but the box was just distroyed when it arivied. I did'nt notice any damage, but it really made me question shippers concern for the customer on the receiving end of parts that they ordered

GBThey can't be trusted with shipping ! I ordered a part which I needed urgently as the machine is down so I chose next day air. Once I got the tracking link I saw that it was send ground ! When I called in they apologized that a mistake was made and will refund the difference to normal shipping. As the machine is down and this costs me hundreds of dollars per day because of their mistake I asked for a full shipping refund. They denied this, pissing a customer off because of 12 $ ! You can't trust them with shipping !
