GBGiving 4 stars because they did get me … Giving 4 stars because they did get me an axle for my truck which was very hard to find and they did it at a really good price so im very happy with that. only thing that could have had a little improvement was the shipping details that i didnt get until after the part had already arrived. other than that overall happy using find it parts and will do so again in the future and will also recommend them to others.

GBPlaced one order on 10/31 for 4 items Placed one order on 10/31 for 4 items; 2 wheel rims, valve stems and a valve core remover. First wheel came in 2 days! Second, took 4 business days. Still waiting for the other two items, which tracking shows shipped separately to arrive tomorrow and Thursday, 6 and 7 days. Customer was less than happy that it took so long. Don't understand why, at least the wheels didn't arrive together.

GBPlaced order for a Catapillar OEM oil … Placed order for a Catapillar OEM oil filter as pictured in the listing. When the box arrived I opened it to find the Catapillar filters were substituted with Baldwin B7700. They are the correct parts for my motorhome Catapillar C-7 diesel. I ordered Catapillar parts and expected Catapillar OEM parts. Filters were priced very reasonable so will not return them. Will see how good these are on my next oil analysis test.

GBThey can't be trusted with shipping ! I ordered a part which I needed urgently as the machine is down so I chose next day air. Once I got the tracking link I saw that it was send ground ! When I called in they apologized that a mistake was made and will refund the difference to normal shipping. As the machine is down and this costs me hundreds of dollars per day because of their mistake I asked for a full shipping refund. They denied this, pissing a customer off because of 12 $ ! You can't trust them with shipping !

GBI ordered and paid for some fuel and…NOTHING BUT LIES I ordered and paid for some fuel and oil filters, when order was received in two shipments it was short one fuel filter. This started around the end of July I have gotten emails promising shipment of missing filter, NOTHING BUT PROMISES I still don’t have what I ordered. DON’T BUY FROM THEM , I will never buy from this company again. I will probably never see the filter I bought! Nothing but lies and BS!
