GBWas pleased with the product but not … Was pleased with the product but not too happy there was no installation instructions to go by for the egr delete portion. Also on the rear EGR cap the brass plug blew out and the customer complained of an exhaust leak. They had no intentions on installing an EGT probe

GBDiesel ops I ordered a programmer, pillar mount, egr / throttle valve delete, intake, and 5" tbe for my 2016 Ram 2500. Diesel ops (Chris) was very knowledgeable and assisted me with putting a package together along with a very competitive price. Parts were processed and shipped quickly. I will be a future diesel ops customer.

GBDidn't recieve shipment... Just hope nothing goes wrong with your shipment or ordering process as I've called and emailed this company over the past couple weeks and still no head way as far as where my package is. I was supposed to recieve it about a month ago. Customer service is defintely lacking here. Very unhappy.

GBResponse to the diesel ops reply to original post Apparently Chris, you don't remember our conversation . When I called the person I spoke with said they would contact MBRP regarding my exhaust. At no point in our conversation was a faulty hanger mentioned or was the reason exaust came off. It was the wrong exaust that was sent to me. My complaint was for the fact I never heard back from diesel ops and I had to contact MBRP my self. Your trying to make it sound like Diesel ops helped me with my issue when the fact is when you responded to my post at the end of April 2018 was the FIRST time I have heard from diesel ops since my I called about the issue. MBRP and the fantastic sales department is who deserves the credit especially since they have followed up 3times with me since I called them. Just wanted to set record straight! Thanks, Jason E.

GBDecent website. Lacking customer service. Website was easy to order off of but did not have great descriptions of some of the products. I ordered 2 parts. One wasn't right and the description didn't state enough info. The other part I ended up not needing. 2 emails later and about a week's wait and still no response from customer service about sending them back.
