Response to the diesel ops reply to original post Apparently Chris, you don't remember our conversation . When I called the person I spoke with said they would contact MBRP regarding my exhaust. At no point in our conversation was a faulty hanger mentioned or was the reason exaust came off. It was the wrong exaust that was sent to me. My complaint was for the fact I never heard back from diesel ops and I had to contact MBRP my self. Your trying to make it sound like Diesel ops helped me with my issue when the fact is when you responded to my post at the end of April 2018 was the FIRST time I have heard from diesel ops since my I called about the issue. MBRP and the fantastic sales department is who deserves the credit especially since they have followed up 3times with me since I called them. Just wanted to set record straight! Thanks, Jason E.

Called and emailed and got nowhere with them. Paid for a turbo back and got screwed with a cat back. Be very careful doing business with this company. Not honorable! Bob

Decent website. Lacking customer service. Website was easy to order off of but did not have great descriptions of some of the products. I ordered 2 parts. One wasn't right and the description didn't state enough info. The other part I ended up not needing. 2 emails later and about a week's wait and still no response from customer service about sending them back.

Parts arrived on time but had pieces missing. The initial customer service was great and speedy. Once the packages arrived, we started installation (Friday night). There were some missing pieces in one of the kits and the programmer power cord didn't work. After speaking with customer service the following Monday (not open on weekends), they credited me store credit for missing bolts and got me in touch with RaceMe for the new cord. The guys were very helpful.

good service quick shipping but exhaust … good service quick shipping but exhaust pipe dose not fit my model even though they said it would before I order it and still claim it does. I had to modify it to run the truck and now will be making custom one right. The wheel base measurements on kit do not my truck and my truck is stock.
