Lack of communication shipping information was never updated and when we called because it had been over a week since we ordered they had not even shipped the product out. Chris called to explain what went wrong and offered some suggestions to not have this happen in the future.

2012 RAM R2500 This kit made an improved performance with the truck quite obvious. The installation was clearly stated and depicted. My technicians only issue was that there was NO instructions included with the product. He went onto the site and downloaded over 20 pages on the instructions and manual which I provided to the customer. For the cost of the kit,at least the installation guide could have been included. He had to take time to get this from your website,and you know,a technicians time is VALUABLE.

Diesel ops I ordered a programmer, pillar mount, egr / throttle valve delete, intake, and 5" tbe for my 2016 Ram 2500. Diesel ops (Chris) was very knowledgeable and assisted me with putting a package together along with a very competitive price. Parts were processed and shipped quickly. I will be a future diesel ops customer.

Customer Service and Damaged Parts Customer service is horrible. Damaged parts or missing bolts on kits that Diesel ops won't cover they just put you on hold for days. Don't recommend!

Decent website. Lacking customer service. Website was easy to order off of but did not have great descriptions of some of the products. I ordered 2 parts. One wasn't right and the description didn't state enough info. The other part I ended up not needing. 2 emails later and about a week's wait and still no response from customer service about sending them back.
