Good product communication needs improvement The product was as expected, and packaged well. It did take 2 months to receive the item. Multiple attempts to contact the home office only to hear that due to the pandemic, staffing wasn't available to take calls, even though the hours of operation were posted. I emailed and got the same canned response every time. Only when I requested my 250.00 back did I get a different reply and a message that my order was being traced. It would have been different if from the start it was made known that the item could take several months to arrive. Item rating 5, customer service, 2.

Con Artist Con Artist I ordered a part 6 months ago. The last email I got from them was 4 months ago saying it would arrive within 2 weeks; it never did. Since then, they haven't responded by email or phone (There is nobody there to actually answer the phone or return calls). If only our corrupt Criminal Justice System would actually go after white collar crooks like these instead of targeting the poor and people of color.

Great experience from start to finish. I was slightly skeptical about ordering from the site. I purchased a Banks Monster Ram intake for my 2007 Ram 2500. The gear was shipped out within a day or two and arrived within two days. Everything was packaged well with no defects. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant and streamlined ordering process from start, to installation. I am very pleased with this order and will order from them in the future.

Sometimes they have no control… I've read the reviews on here an its not good but I had my own experience here which is not bad, but actually good!! Ordered a Strut tower an came in, in 2 weeks, straight to the door. I know during the pandemic a lot of my orders were on hold out do to over 80+ ship liners in customs, from a well know online company parts took 7 months to come in, so everyone is behind but, hopefully now things are different, an good luck to all the 1s who had a bad experience, sometimes they have things out of their own hands with no control. #BenefitOfTheDout
