GBOrdered two tires on Nov 6 Ordered two tires on Nov 6, 2022 and received them on Nov 23, 2022. We were not notified of the shipment status until Nov 21, this late notification did have me worried about the order but we did receive the product we ordered on Nov 23. Tires we ordered had better price point and had best final price than any other outlet. I would have rated it 5 stars had we been given better communication on the status of our order. Going total silence in communication with customer for over 2 weeks after placing order has you absolutely nervous about the order.

GBCon Artist Con Artist I ordered a part 6 months ago. The last email I got from them was 4 months ago saying it would arrive within 2 weeks; it never did. Since then, they haven't responded by email or phone (There is nobody there to actually answer the phone or return calls). If only our corrupt Criminal Justice System would actually go after white collar crooks like these instead of targeting the poor and people of color.

GBTHEFT Ordered a CAI, and after about two weeks of waiting without even getting a tracking number, I emailed customer support. Long story short, after weeks of trying to get the situation resolved, nothing ever shipped and I never got a refund. Customer support just completely stopped answering me. Straight up theft. Would give 0 stars if I could.

GBScammers!!!!!! Ordered parts, they never said they were not in stock or not available, then got an email stating they out of stock after i reached out, I requested the order to be cancelled & CC to be refunded, which I was told was done, but it's been 3 weeks. Every time I contact them (btw, can only be contacted via email, chat is no help) I get some BS about accounting will be contacting me. Scum of the earth!!!!

GBGood product communication needs improvement The product was as expected, and packaged well. It did take 2 months to receive the item. Multiple attempts to contact the home office only to hear that due to the pandemic, staffing wasn't available to take calls, even though the hours of operation were posted. I emailed and got the same canned response every time. Only when I requested my 250.00 back did I get a different reply and a message that my order was being traced. It would have been different if from the start it was made known that the item could take several months to arrive. Item rating 5, customer service, 2.
