Make it right! After ordering grab handles for my son for his birthday all the parts were not included. I know people make mistakes but after several attempts to get it right, y’all sending the wrong parts twice and my son installing the grab bars you want him to ship them back. Just send him the right grab bar!

Absolutely the worse customer support… Absolutely the worse customer support ever! Light out of warranty and did not ask for anything more than if I could buy the circuit board for the light... they don't offer the parts.... they buy the whole light from a manufacturer and won't even disclose that info for what I can only assume they think you will start buying from them and out doing them on both fronts ... sales and customer service. Which would not take much. They took my name and number several times and said they would call me back and never did. The owner doesn't take calls and support knows nothing. never have written many reviews but thought this one was very necessary. I will be using ledoutfitters.com from now on!

I ordered a set of halo turn signals… I ordered a set of halo turn signals for my Jeep one lasted less than 5 months and the halo leds went out. I contacted the company and was told to send them a video or photos and the would see what that could “offer” me. The light is out l explained that a Light that was plastic and probably less than 10 dollars and they wanted a video or photos ? Then would offer me something. I will not purchase another product from them. I just wanted a replacement light for the bad one.

Excellent company Excellent company! I had an issue with my emergency strobe lights on my truck 4 days before the warranty ran out. I called Xprite and they had a replacement shipped to me within one week. Excellent customer service! I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

False advertised prices Be careful, this company has unethical practices. I bid $439 on this in ebay and won a the only bidder. When I went to pay, I was unable because they canceled the item stating it was because I did, which I didn't. So I decide to go to their direct Xprite website and bought it there for $509 and paid for it. The site and checkout state free shipping but 2 days later they call me to set up shipping payment of $125. They state it was suppose to list shipping charges but they made a mistake . The shipping helps bring it to a price they really want as evident of the average price all over Amazon, ebay etc. It's basically a bait and switch so be careful because prices are not what the appear.
