They robbed me and my family. They robbed me and my family. Was supposed to transport a vehicle for me but never show up. Police found out that they sold my car in Mexico. Highly not recommend to work with this scammers.

Damaged truck when shipped to Dillingham My truck was walked on and damaged in several places which I am unable to get repaired here because of the lack of repair shops. The top part of truck above the windshield on both sides has a dent about the size of a softball. Also the grill next to my windshield wipers was walked on and dislocated and broke. Transported Truck from Medford, WI to Goose Creek, SC Todd was very helpful, he explained the process to me clearly. I had lots of questions as I was overwhelmed with offers from other companies. Our truck arrived timely and in good condition. The transport rate was 400.00 less than other quotes I received. I was able to communicate with the driver anytime I needed to.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! Gave us runaround for 11 days, posted $300 "deposit" with no carrier contacted. Multiple lies on phone, agent "Mike" went invisible, "dispatcher" Mindy had many excuses including, out of office, family issue, death in family. Very quick results Very happy I had been working with another transport company and they were not getting any results. I needed an enclosed trailer for my vehicle. I emailed Secure Auto and they responded quickly, I talked with Ross and explained what I needed and when. I received and call the next morning telling me they could pickup my car in 3-4 days and I would have it in a week. I couldn't have been happier with the transportation and the Driver was professional and kept me updated on the time frame he would be here.
