GBunsatisfied I trusted this company on handle in my car but my car was driven over 100 miles I am still not getting any answer why my car driven and the service was supposed to be door to door services. I am still waiting for an answer til today I can't even find any info to filed my claim for this matter. Dishonest is not a word on my vocabulary. GBI was quoted 3 prices for NH to FL and… I was quoted 3 prices for NH to FL and instead of honoring the lowest price ($900, $939, $963) they charged an even higher price ($975). Mike told me it would take 3 days to deliver, it took 5 days. Mike is very, very nice on the phone, he hooks you in, then it turns out he was dishonest. I do not recommend.

GBGot my car Easy set up, but once a carrier was found it wasn't easy! So many excuses! We had issues with pick up times and lots of craziness for drop off as well. The owner's name is Francisco and his wife handles all the calls. I forgot her name because I deleted her number right away because we'll never do business with them again. They had another blowout and long story short, we drove to them 45 mins out to get our car. Rude and inconsiderate of customer's time! Needless to say we did get our car in one piece so I'm thankful for that.

GBSCAM!!! SCAM!!! Gave us runaround for 11 days, posted $300 "deposit" with no carrier contacted. Multiple lies on phone, agent "Mike" went invisible, "dispatcher" Mindy had many excuses including, out of office, family issue, death in family. Disappeared for 2 days, would not return phone calls, texts, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! See Dept. of Transportation (DOT) online.

GBVery satisfied with the transport experience. The transporter did a great job getting it home on time and with out a scratch. My only possible complaint is when they removed the items off the arch that were over height they damaged the cable to the GPS and the TV antenna. They need to realize that requires running a complete new cable. Other than that a good experience. Thanks.
