The day has arrived for pick up and absolutely NO communication on their part as to who the driver is or when they plan on picking up. I wish she would of read the reviews before she used this company. Luckily for her that her pops has the time and resources to make it Hell for these people if they don't follow through.

Damaged truck when shipped to Dillingham My truck was walked on and damaged in several places which I am unable to get repaired here because of the lack of repair shops. The top part of truck above the windshield on both sides has a dent about the size of a softball. Also the grill next to my windshield wipers was walked on and dislocated and broke. Car arrived safely though communicatoins were unexceptable. After speaking to a gentlemen online, being told someone would be in touch, I never heard again. I called someone a few days before departure and kept getting the run around, how someone else would call me. Complete info was not given to me until the day of pick-up, though could not come to my residence, drop of could not be at my location - had to meet them, driver was not friendly. I would not use this agency again.

Very quick results Very happy I had been working with another transport company and they were not getting any results. I needed an enclosed trailer for my vehicle. I emailed Secure Auto and they responded quickly, I talked with Ross and explained what I needed and when. I received and call the next morning telling me they could pickup my car in 3-4 days and I would have it in a week. I couldn't have been happier with the transportation and the Driver was professional and kept me updated on the time frame he would be here.

Very satisfied with the transport experience. The transporter did a great job getting it home on time and with out a scratch. My only possible complaint is when they removed the items off the arch that were over height they damaged the cable to the GPS and the TV antenna. They need to realize that requires running a complete new cable. Other than that a good experience. Thanks.
