Order completed in a timely fashion Finish line wheels took a little longer than expected to complete my order however they did follow through and complete the order. Three rims were delivered and the 4th was 2 weeks out. They did keep in touch with me letting me know they working on the problem. Our customer was happy with the rims and ultimately that's what is most important to us.

I gave them three stars since they finally made things right. I ordered two wheels from them. One of them was bent. Getting them to respond when contacting them is difficult. They finally made it right and exchanged the bent wheel for a good one.

Great Company To Do Business With I ordered a set of 17" wheels for my Honda Odyssey LX taxicab on Monday afternoon. The wheels arrived the following Friday afternoon. They were packed in four separate heavy cardboard boxes! They wheels looked as if they were brand new! I was extremely impressed with the wheels. I had the wheels installed first thing Saturday morning. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for wheels. I am very satisfied with their service.

Nightmare of an experience........ Horrible customer service!!! They never answer their phone, & they never return a message!!! If there are no problems with your wheels, you'll probably be okay. But if your wheels come in damaged, which mine did, you can forget it!! You're just out there all by yourself!! You can't get a hold of anybody for help!! I'm still trying to get my problem resolved!! Don't walk, run as fast as you can from this website!!!! They don't care about their customers at all!!!!
