The worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They'll help you to install the device & set up an account to take your money but when you need help. You'll be transferred to customer service only to be on hold for a half an hour & the call will automatically hang up. It's a shame I can't give them a negative one star or zero stars instead. Worst company I've ever dealt with

This the most untrustworthy company out… This the most untrustworthy company out there. I would give it zero stars if possible. You cannot ever reach a human on the phone and the units malfunction and they charge you regardless of whose error it is. They also advertise on their website falsely of the charges you will incur. NEVER use this company. They prey on people who are trying to get through an already difficult time.

This interlock service wil steal money… This interlock service wil steal money from you bank account if you trust then to do the right thing . You wil always loose. Shut them down and boyclot .

Not sure this company exists except to debit my bank account Wrote a previous review and emailed the info given to the response of that review. I’ve been on hold for over and hour today called and emailed various emails I have been given to resolve the same violation that was never resolved and also have my unit removed. Still have not been in touch with anyone. Basically at this point it seems no one except the accounts receivable is working for this company. I have turned off the ability to be automatically debited by this company with my bank account and am discontinuing service. This is honestly the weirdest experience I have ever had with a company in my life. There is no service, no resolution, it almost seems like just someone is taking money from accounts. Is that illegal?

Do not go through ADS Most unreliable device on the market along with the worst customer service. The device throws up error codes nonstop, doesn’t allow for samples to be given after car is turned off (unlike other devices will) and moved me from a location that was in my same town to a service location 1 1/2 hours away and expecting me to drive that far working a full time job. Recently I’ve been sick and requested that they give me an extension due to the fact I can’t drive that far and he proceeded to tell me basically I was SOL and that I’d have to pay for lockout fees and what not. Terrible service, terrible device.
