GBPositive Experience Overall a positive experience. Bought a trans. for a 1994 Jeep GC, 2w drive, so not an easy part to find. Nearly every part of the transaction was done on line, which made me nervous - but after talking to an SW rep from the Tulsa branch I felt confident enough to continue. The overall time to get the product seemed a tad long (a little over 2 weeks), but I did, in the end get a good transmission that shifts normally and has been working fine for 2 months now. The price was higher than some other company's quotes, but the one year/12k mile warranty was a selling point. Hopefully I won't have to use it. (Side Note: when registering your mileage for the warranty it is important to type the purchase date in the correct format using slashes not dashes)

GBThis company is ridiculous..Ordered… This company is ridiculous..Ordered trans and specifically requested they check certain things..like the transmission solenoid body connector and they stated they never send out any trans with issues like that. Received trans and sure enough had that exact issue and looked like the trans came out of the bottom of a lake. I sent pictures and disputed my charges. They said they would pick up trans and that was 5 weeks ago.my mechanic is not a storage facility.

GBI saw a transmission online with… I saw a transmission online with excellent mileage and a fair price. I decided to check the reviews which left me beyond skeptical about this company. Thank goodness I didn't buy anything. I told them that I wasn't interested anymore because their reviews are horrible and it seems as if they like to scam people. I received an email back saying OK broke as low life. Avoid this place!!!!! I told them I would warn others as well.

GBSCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE- one thing is consistent with all these reviews- these guys send defective parts and take your money and then don't answer your calls when you want them to make good on it. They transfer calls from department to department which no one picks up and you get disconnected. It is October and I started this process July 28th. I am contacting Missouri's Dept of Consumer Protection and Attorney General on these crooks.

GBBad company to deal with They need to get quality parts like they advertise. I just wish I had thought and read reviews about them before I ordered my part. I ordered ot Sunday night and I went back to check on things and remembered I didn't check reviews for this company and when I did I called first thing Monday morning to cancel my order knowing they hadn't had time to do anything with my order. I was sent from person to person but finally got it canceled. My payment hadn't even processed yet and they still charged the 25% fee which was my fault for not reading the reviews but at least I didn't get taken for the whole amount of the part by receiving something that probably wasn't going to be worth it. DO NOT DEAL.WITH THIS COMPANY
