OMG I should have read the reviews… I should have read the reviews before using these people. Same disgusting behavior: Bought a transmission; Shipped to home; third party shipped it; not on truck; not at dock; cant deliver to home; Gets delivered to nearby gas station; have to pick it up. Finally put in and the pump is bad (transmission repair and tester shop said so). Dealing with the warranty J erks is ridiculous. You have to have this, and that, and oh 25% fee for taking the piece of C rap back. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

Positive Experience Overall a positive experience. Bought a trans. for a 1994 Jeep GC, 2w drive, so not an easy part to find. Nearly every part of the transaction was done on line, which made me nervous - but after talking to an SW rep from the Tulsa branch I felt confident enough to continue. The overall time to get the product seemed a tad long (a little over 2 weeks), but I did, in the end get a good transmission that shifts normally and has been working fine for 2 months now. The price was higher than some other company's quotes, but the one year/12k mile warranty was a selling point. Hopefully I won't have to use it. (Side Note: when registering your mileage for the warranty it is important to type the purchase date in the correct format using slashes not dashes)

SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE- one thing is consistent with all these reviews- these guys send defective parts and take your money and then don't answer your calls when you want them to make good on it. They transfer calls from department to department which no one picks up and you get disconnected. It is October and I started this process July 28th. I am contacting Missouri's Dept of Consumer Protection and Attorney General on these crooks.

DON'T DO IT! They took the money for the transmission and then delayed over a month and a half, would not get me to anyone who would answer a phone or return my call. Today I was able to get elevated to a manager who looked further into the concern. They screwed up the transmission in the process of rebuilding, blamed it on the shipping department and refused to tell me until today which they just informed me was going to result in a refund. Absolute horrible experience worst customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
