PRODUCT NOT WORKING, POOR CS Spent about $4000 on the M6K, only to set it up and it not work properly. I have since found out there was a issue with there vendor and flow divider issues. I have tried multiple times to get a resolution with customer service but they put a ticket in and say someone will call back later that day and no call. Today I have had it, I was hung up on by a rep then called back to get Simon. I asked for a manager, he said they are not available and when I kept demanding to speak to one so I could get a resolution he also hung up on me. I am now one unhappy customer to say the least and next step is a lawyer and the BBB.

I never received my MaxxJaxx I never received my MaxxJaxx. After paying to have it delivered, they claimed they could not deliver it to my house because it was in a cul de sac. If I wanted it, I would have to rent a truck and drive 45 mins each way to some loading dock, and load it myself. Not what I paid for, I'll be asking for a refund

Good Lift, Terrible Shipping The lift from MaxJax is great. We've already used it and the installation wasn't bad either. But the company they used for shipping, YCR Freight, was a terrible choice. It would have been faster, less stressful, and more convenient for me to drive to California (from Ohio) to pick it up myself. I had to have words with the company multiple times and ended up driving to pick the package up myself. Which was 20 minutes from the business it was supposed to be delivered to. And because of that, until they change the shipping company, no matter how bad I want something from MaxJax I will not be a returning customer.

the maxjax took a beating in transit the maxjax took a beating in transit, decals were all scratched along with the paint in some areas, no instructions in the box ?, had to google it to find them and then the assembly of the safety catches was not shown and had to just figure it out which is kind of dangerous ?, the lift works good and i was a mechanic for 25 years but for someone not familiar with automotive they are going to struggle a bit !

I bought anchors and a lift through … I bought anchors and a lift through eBay. Both showed to be in stock. When neither item showed to have shipped 5 days later, I emailed the company. That's when I was notified that the lift was in back order for another 5 weeks. The anchors dis ship out 8 days after I ordered and paid, but they did not have bolts. I emailed the company asking why there were no bolts for anchors. I have not heard back from MaxJax yet.
