When I placed the order over the phone 11/7/2017 it was not addressed that some of the items were on back order and that it would take an additional 3 weeks before the lift would ship. Once it finally shipped on 11/27/17, it was 2 days late from the original "date of arrival posted." When the items finally arrived not only were both of the columns damaged (scratched and dented) but the hydraulic power unit and reservoir were lost in transit. So far I am not impressed with this company nor the Shipping company that they offer. Once I am able to actually use the product I will let everyone know of what I think. As it stands, based upon my own experience I would say "Do Not waste your time on this mfg!"

Ordered online with a 15% off coupon… Ordered online with a 15% off coupon code and they called and said they could not honor their own coupon code that worked in the website.

No notification whatsoever that order was backordered The lift I ordered on November 20th is out of stock until January 5th, and this company couldn’t take the time to send me an email to let me know. To make matters even worse, they charged my debit card on the day if the order. Not a great way to start tha relationship with a new customer

Nice hoist perfect for my garage Installation was easy but could use more detail for safety latches , works great but cosmetically from shipping and paint shop could use more quality controll their was cardboard stuck in paint and some of stickers were ripped and damaged . Sad when you buy a product and it comes looking like that .

the maxjax took a beating in transit the maxjax took a beating in transit, decals were all scratched along with the paint in some areas, no instructions in the box ?, had to google it to find them and then the assembly of the safety catches was not shown and had to just figure it out which is kind of dangerous ?, the lift works good and i was a mechanic for 25 years but for someone not familiar with automotive they are going to struggle a bit !
