GBBeware of the hidden fees( schedule A&B) Auto auction mall wasn't honest about the auction fees please review (schedule A and B at Copart site) because they charge you for B eventhough you send them a wire transfer. Schedule B fee is for credit card payment and the auction fee for that one is high, schedule A is for wire transfer which is cheaper but they refuse to use that fee, instead they use schedule B fee. So I don't hink it's right when there is hidden fees like this. New buyers please trust me and dont buy from them and go somewhere else.

GBNovice Buyer As a novice, the team was particularly supportive and helpful. The responded very quickly to all my questions and were very patient with me as I learned how to navigate through this new endeavor. Their advice and guidance was critical to having a great customer experience.

LTunfortunate to do business with Auto Action Mall I will never ever make any deal with auto auction mall !!! They make me lose a lot of money!!! They are trickster. I asked Peter to show me the invoice from copart but he refuse. it mean he got the car cheaper. I do NOT recommend anyone to buy car from them. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN !!!

GBDon't do it unless you can inspect vehicle before purchase... Auto Auction Mall The good: Great process, helpful staff, answered questions, and set up delivery / transportation. The bad: Truck I purchased was listed as "Runs and Drives." I was told by aam that this was the highest rating the auction sites give vehicles. In my case, the highest rating they give meant: no brakes (all pads and rotors trashed, with two calipers completely destroyed - in pieces - no way it happened sitting there, it had to have happened before they "evaluated."); transmission problems (wouldn't shift into 2/3 b/c actuator had fallen out due to a broken c ring - not too hard to fix); and an oil pressure issue leading to timing chain problem and a valve timing issue that causes it to jerk / buck / shake at speed - Ford's recommendation (and another mechanic I took it to) is complete engine replacement. My two cents: DO NOT buy if you aren't close enough to inspect the vehicle yourself. In my case, "Runs and Drives" meant NO brakes (zero pads, rotors toasted, and even inability to keep fluid in it even, b/c two different calipers were in pieces), transmission problems, and needs new engine. After all the repairs to be able to drive it, I'm going to be way over what I would have paid at a big name dealer, but without any recourse...
