Ride Now Power Sports Usatisfactory Buying parts there is ok, but "stay away" from the service department. Seems the average walking the street atv riders is smarter than their mechanics. I cannot beleive the crap I went through with these people. I especially loved the two hour waits, while they search for my keys when I came to pick up my machine. And to think I paid for this special service and treatment in the form of an extended warranty. BIG MISTAKE!

I have purchased 5 bikes from this… I have purchased 5 bikes from this company, 2 in Gainesville, 2 in Ocala, and 1 in Jacksonville on Blanding blvd. the first 4 were perfect, the 5th on however was far from acceptable.... I had just paid off one of the last dirtbikes and asked the sales crew to use that finance company and was informed i had to put down 4000.00. I said I had 1000.00 they suggested we try this program they had to help with down payments, called DIGNIFY. So I qualified for that loan as well and i bought the bike and left. The following Monday when I called the finance company I was informed the finance company didn't require any money down and that the dealership must have kept my 4000.00. When I called the dealer RIDENOW OF JACKSONVILLE,,,i was informed no one knew why I had to have such a large downpayment or where my money went or who we could ask,,,, I will never buy another bike from RIDENOW they stole my money , they're a bunch of crooks

She's dating a married man who's expecting his 7th child with another woman and she knew this for almost a year but still hit on him every time he came in, and is trying to marry him. Dude's name is Irish Hawkins. You should really keep an eye on your employees and the trash you hire, very unprofessional of her and she's probably doing this with other clients you have walking into your establishment.

Ripoff dealership on new seadoos I bought a new seadoo fishpro trophy march 2024, missing the back rest and all live well equipment. They said no problem we will get that ordered and call when it comes in. They never ordered any of it. I gave them 3 weeks to contact me. I had to call them several times now and they still haven't ordered the parts that are standard on this model. I have been on "hold " for them to check with manager for 43 minutes right now april 16, 2024... still waiting.....I haven't received my license plate or numbers for it either. I also bought a used fishpro from them at the same time. I have not got to use either one yet. The used one didn't have any of the standard equipment for it either as pictured in their ad. They screwed me every which way they could. I only wish I would have read these reviews first. I don't know how they are still in business but I bet they don't have any return business! I definitely would not recommend this dealership for anything. I had friends wanting the model I got but they will go somewhere else now, they saw how my experience went and still going..... I bought the extended warranty and service plan too, I really hate to see how they take care of that! I wish I could return everything and go somewhere else.....I'm 67 years old and worst dealership I've ever come across in all these years.
