My husband and I saw a XR650 Honda for… My husband and I saw a XR650 Honda for $6399 at Ride Now in Chandler, AZ, on Craigslist. We were paying by Credit Card. They added $800 for a condition/set up fee and other charges. Total $8300 after several attempts to negotiate. All we wanted was to buy the bike, pay state taxes and leave. That could not be done without other charges. They lie about their retail price. They act like a dealership with sales associates, managers, finance team. All we wanted was to buy the bike. They cannot be trusted. Go to a trusted, honest dealer!

Same story here....a $1999 advertised… Same story here....a $1999 advertised price on a used scooter was $3700 out the door. Have bought bikes from Honda dealerships in 4 states & have never seen ridiculous markups like this dealership charges. Will NEVER use this place for anything on my existing Honda.....

Ripoff dealership on new seadoos I bought a new seadoo fishpro trophy march 2024, missing the back rest and all live well equipment. They said no problem we will get that ordered and call when it comes in. They never ordered any of it. I gave them 3 weeks to contact me. I had to call them several times now and they still haven't ordered the parts that are standard on this model. I have been on "hold " for them to check with manager for 43 minutes right now april 16, 2024... still waiting.....I haven't received my license plate or numbers for it either. I also bought a used fishpro from them at the same time. I have not got to use either one yet. The used one didn't have any of the standard equipment for it either as pictured in their ad. They screwed me every which way they could. I only wish I would have read these reviews first. I don't know how they are still in business but I bet they don't have any return business! I definitely would not recommend this dealership for anything. I had friends wanting the model I got but they will go somewhere else now, they saw how my experience went and still going..... I bought the extended warranty and service plan too, I really hate to see how they take care of that! I wish I could return everything and go somewhere else.....I'm 67 years old and worst dealership I've ever come across in all these years.

I have purchased 5 bikes from this… I have purchased 5 bikes from this company, 2 in Gainesville, 2 in Ocala, and 1 in Jacksonville on Blanding blvd. the first 4 were perfect, the 5th on however was far from acceptable.... I had just paid off one of the last dirtbikes and asked the sales crew to use that finance company and was informed i had to put down 4000.00. I said I had 1000.00 they suggested we try this program they had to help with down payments, called DIGNIFY. So I qualified for that loan as well and i bought the bike and left. The following Monday when I called the finance company I was informed the finance company didn't require any money down and that the dealership must have kept my 4000.00. When I called the dealer RIDENOW OF JACKSONVILLE,,,i was informed no one knew why I had to have such a large downpayment or where my money went or who we could ask,,,, I will never buy another bike from RIDENOW they stole my money , they're a bunch of crooks

Isaac contacted SkiDoo and jumped through a bunch of hoops to help me get factory warranty work completed on my snowmobile. He was quick, efficient and friendly and a great communicator.
