Reservation cancelled We were notified by sms for the cancellation of the Bus. The company orangeways sent us an sms the night before notifying that our departure from vienna would be at delayed at 7pm (arriving on 11 pm). But 12 hours later they sent us another sms notifying that also the bus from budapest was going to be changed from afternoon to morning at 7 am. I asked for a refund because it is not normal to spend in total 6 hours on a bus just to spend the night there !! Still no answer. If i get a response in will update the review

No shows After 3 beautiful days in Budapest I was to continue my journey to Krakow, my bus was due at 7, I arrived at 6:15 and was talking to a couple who we're also travelling with Orangeways but to Croatia, their bus was die at 6, by 7 they gave up and left, by 8 their bus nor my bus had yet shown up! I came online and discovered this company is a scam, I luckily got a ticket with Flixbus leaving at 10, still no sign of an orangeways bus. They do have a ticket office, it's "temporarily closed", there are also about 14 contact numbers, I would say 11 of them didn't even ring, the rest rung with no answer! Do not book with this company! Ever!

LIARS!!!! BE CAREFUL I want to punish this company and maybe someone know if we need to wrote to the police about this scammers or other way? I was in Budapest few days ago and wanted to visit Wien, I bought a tickets and they send me email that my bus was cancelled in this date but with possibility to change for another date. I wrote them few letters, called them but nobody answered. I'm so angry with this situation and I want to ask all people which also were in similar situation not to keep silent and demand the justice!!!

Bus cancelled without notice Bus from Budapest to Prague was cancelled without notice. We waited for two hours for the bus, but no bus came and no one had answered the telephone at the Orangeways agency. We had to take a different bus to Prague, and there we found out from the office in Prague that the bus had been cancelled. We contacted the company several times, but after 6 months we still haven`t received the refund for the tickets bought online.

never book a trip on OrangeWays It's absolutely unacceptable to buy a ticket online and, 4 days before, they cancel one week distance all buses planned to leave from Budapest to Transylvania daily. Needless to say, I am daily sending them e-mails regarding the refund ticket value procedure, and I receive no answer. It's a wonder how come this company still operates in EU. Regards,
