Orangeways is a fake company with fake … Orangeways is a fake company with fake services. They are ripping people off. Never take them. Already in 2014 a Hungarian court ordered the forceful closure of Orangeways, I am not sure how can they still operate. Bus cancelled without notice Bus from Budapest to Prague was cancelled without notice. We waited for two hours for the bus, but no bus came and no one had answered the telephone at the Orangeways agency. We had to take a different bus to Prague, and there we found out from the office in Prague that the bus had been cancelled. We contacted the company several times, but after 6 months we still haven`t received the refund for the tickets bought online.

No shows After 3 beautiful days in Budapest I was to continue my journey to Krakow, my bus was due at 7, I arrived at 6:15 and was talking to a couple who we're also travelling with Orangeways but to Croatia, their bus was die at 6, by 7 they gave up and left, by 8 their bus nor my bus had yet shown up! I came online and discovered this company is a scam, I luckily got a ticket with Flixbus leaving at 10, still no sign of an orangeways bus. They do have a ticket office, it's "temporarily closed", there are also about 14 contact numbers, I would say 11 of them didn't even ring, the rest rung with no answer! Do not book with this company! Ever!

Smooth journey After reading some terrible reviews we were apprehensive about our journey from Zegred to Budapest. However the double decker couch arrived 15 minutes before departure time and left on time. There was plenty of space on the coach, good leg room and air conditioning. There was a delay on our journey of about an hour but this was because of delays going across the border, not orangeways fault. Considering how cheap this service is I would say it was exceptional value. Potential travellers should remember that people who have a negative experience are more likely to post a review.

good trip The day before our departure our bus was cancelled, we were a bit scared because we read very bad opinions. Fortunately orangeways had two more trips that day at 11:30 and 19:30. There was no problem at all they were nice and we arrived on time. May be they had some bad trips and thats why they had very bad opinions, usually when everything is good you dont give any opinion.
