LIARS!!!! BE CAREFUL I want to punish this company and maybe someone know if we need to wrote to the police about this scammers or other way? I was in Budapest few days ago and wanted to visit Wien, I bought a tickets and they send me email that my bus was cancelled in this date but with possibility to change for another date. I wrote them few letters, called them but nobody answered. I'm so angry with this situation and I want to ask all people which also were in similar situation not to keep silent and demand the justice!!!

Don't Buy They get paid and cancelled the trip without noticed by email or another way. I had to buy another ticket to Budapest - Vienna and asked to refund. Until today I am waiting despite all answers that they were working on that. Don't buy tickets in this company.

Flight cancellation without notice 22 August 2016 bought two tickets for the bus Orangeways from Budapest to Vienna on 11-00 November 5th 2016. No warning of the cancellation I did not get. Arriving at the bus station Népliget 10-30, I waited for the bus to 12-00, but the bus did not come. The company's office was closed, hot-line telephones are not answered. We had to buy bus tickets to other companies. Orangeways several weeks promises to return the money for the tickets, but so far I have not received anything. Do not mess with this company, they all cheat.

Worst transport company Well, I'm actually not recommending this company to anyone. I was supposed to travel with them, 3 weeks ago, from Budapest to Krakow. One day before the trip was planned, they called me to tell me that the bus is canceled, so I had to find another one in less than 24 hours!!! Luckily, other companies respect their clients, so I managed to arrive in Poland in time. What annoys me more is that I keep calling them and send them e-mails to give me a refund (because they haven't do it so far), and they are not asnwering to them. OrangeWays, when I'll go back to Hungary, I'll definetely go to the consumer's protection to denounce you ;)

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Do NOT buy any bus tickets from them anymore. I have the same experience as the other reviewers here, bought two tickets from Ljubljana to Budapest more than 3 months in advance and received notice of cancellation less than 24 hours. Since then have been follow up with them on refund but todate still have yet to get back my money. ***Orangeways = SCAM, CHEAT & RIP-OFF***
