GBWent with these guys because the… Went with these guys because the website promised a steam cleaned, shrink wrapped and crated, tested engine. What I got was an engine unsecured on a broken freight pallet, lying on it's side, no wrapping, intake and exhaust ports left open to the elements, dirty engine oil left in the crankcase, hole in the cast aluminum valve cover, cut hoses and harnesses, rust and grime etc. Look at the pictures.

GBIt is very sad they called the greatest… It is very sad they called the greatest inventory and gave 5 yrs warenty while they don't have the engines but gave false promises and wants to rip off your money,even after you cancelled the order they try to send you an engine they bought from other comany l just adviced you not to deal with them.lt never worth a try to do business with.

GBBuyer Beware! Buyer beware! It's been a terrible experience trying to work with SW Engine, they sell junk product and won't answer their phone or return messages. As a small auto repair shop, we've lost at least two thousand dollars selling their junk engine to our customer. We stand behind the product we sell and we are stuck with the bill repairing their crap motor to keep our reputation.

GBDo NOT BUY FROM THEM! FINAL UPDATE... NY STATE consumer affairs protection bureau is officially involved.....been 35 days, continue to say shipping tomorrow every day. Now I asked for refund and it has a box to check that they will keep 25%, HELL NO, I DONT THINK SO! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!

GBThis place is a scam This place is a scam. Sold me a used engine with 60k. The engine was totaled and had 185k on it. Told me the only way to get reimbursements for the labor was to order a replacement instead of a refund. New engine came with no information. When I called for the reimbursement, they said they can’t be cause I didn’t send in the warranty. Checked me email and they never sent one for the replacement engine. After numerous attempts at speak with a manger, I’ve come to the conclusion there isn’t one. Apparently managers are in a separate building from the people that answer the phones. When they transfer it automatically disconnects the call. Numerous requests for a manager callback. Months later I’ve never gotten a call nor an email from any manager. I’m now I. The hole $7000 because of this scam.
