i purchased a used tranny i purchased a used tranny, the wrong one was sent, iI communicated with the customer service individual named Scott who stated in an email that a different one which was being tested for my vehicle would be sent soon, in which I replied I no longer wanted a tranny sent but desired a refund....I continue to get the run around and no positive response regarding a refund.....I do not recommend doing business with this outfit

Hack job 4L60E rebuild Hack job 4L60E rebuild. Before I even used it I had another shop take it apart and they said maybe 10% rebuild at best. Ripped me off don’t make my same mistake

STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY I Bought a transmission on 9/30/2022 from QUT, I also paid for the labor, the transmission was put in, after 3 weeks of driving it started to slip out of gear, I contacted the warranty department they sent out another transmission, the 1st one was taken out, the second one put in, both labor cost paid by me. I contacted the warranty department to be reimbursed for the labor cost. I spoke to Art, Mary, Prexy in the warranty department, they all have the same line of Bull. Margaret is the person in charge of getting the message to the, as they say (The Higher Up), I should have read the other complaints first. This company is full of you know what. A big SCRAM, they need to be run out of business. I have been getting the run around, drop calls, no refund yet, VERY FRAUDULENT an absolute cut-throat company.

Nothing but trouble After dealing with them for over 2 months I finally received a refund. The transmission that was shipped to me did not work and was shifting really hard. I had several other people call for a price on a transmission and got the same story each and every time. They had just one left of what was needed and with about 62000 miles on it. When the transmission shop removed the oil pan it had a lot of metal and clutch plate material in it. Note: KEEP YOUR INSTALLATION REC, the Rec for Transmission Fluid and Filter. Without it they will not give a Refund. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN !!!!

Horrible Unfortunately there isn't a -100 star option. These "people" (and I use the quotes liberally) are scammers who've changed their business name several times: Quality Used Transmissions, SW Transmissions, Engine & Transmission World, Racine Transmission, etc, etc. Looks like they are based in Racine, WI. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They do not send items on time. They do not give full refunds for cancelled orders and claim a "25% restocking fee". LOL - how do you claim to "restock" something that never left your possession??!! They do not honor warranties and will give you the runaround, hang up on you, swear at you, etc. They have hundreds of online complaints, have an "F" rating on BBB, and are being investigated by the state and FBI. Absolute crooks.
