GBNothing but trouble After dealing with them for over 2 months I finally received a refund. The transmission that was shipped to me did not work and was shifting really hard. I had several other people call for a price on a transmission and got the same story each and every time. They had just one left of what was needed and with about 62000 miles on it. When the transmission shop removed the oil pan it had a lot of metal and clutch plate material in it. Note: KEEP YOUR INSTALLATION REC, the Rec for Transmission Fluid and Filter. Without it they will not give a Refund. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN !!!!

GBWARNING WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I do not even know where to begin, this entire company is a SCAM! They send you the wrong transmission, take weeks upon weeks to answer one call and the worst part is they keep your money after agreeing to a full refund! Both SCOTT and JOHN are SCAM artists. On the BBB's website they have several locations listed with their same number listed and every single one had an F rating. I am honestly concerned that a "business" like this is allowed to operate. ALSO- if you look at their "positive reviews" they are mostly all written on/around the same day. Its pretty easy to make up fake email addresses and write fake reviews.

GBAbsolute crooks Absolute crooks. Two thousand miles after install (done 2x to try again with new seals to stop leaking around rusted output shaft) it has "Torque Converter/Clutch Solenoid Circuit" code, goes into fail-safe mode. AAMCO states rebuild necessary. Near impossible Warranty Claim process (requirements) even IF you didn't miss the fine print about the NEED to REGISTER for your WARRANTY within 10 days of installation. Just had to hear from F-head Scott rage at me how I didn't fulfill my end of the agreement, "Your warranty is VOID - and that's the end of it" and hung-up. I plan to pursue any and all ways to at least bring these scumbags to light. I'm retired, have the time, am tenacious about getting justice when mistreated/robbed. Any other takers?

GBHorrible Unfortunately there isn't a -100 star option. These "people" (and I use the quotes liberally) are scammers who've changed their business name several times: Quality Used Transmissions, SW Transmissions, Engine & Transmission World, Racine Transmission, etc, etc. Looks like they are based in Racine, WI. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They do not send items on time. They do not give full refunds for cancelled orders and claim a "25% restocking fee". LOL - how do you claim to "restock" something that never left your possession??!! They do not honor warranties and will give you the runaround, hang up on you, swear at you, etc. They have hundreds of online complaints, have an "F" rating on BBB, and are being investigated by the state and FBI. Absolute crooks.

GBWorst customer support to date and no honoring of warranty. I purchased a certified / warrantied transmission. Shortly after installation I got a check engine light of p0700 error which per mechanic is related to transmission cylinoid. I reported this back to the company in which they responded once via email to have the error code checked out which I gave in the initial warranty query. No response after initial response. Went to BBB which was not able to get further response. BBB posted 'Customer not satisfied with the business response; BBB did not find business made good faith effort to resolve complaint.”. Off to Dept. of ag, trade and consumer protection. This was a major mistake on my part, should have went with another company that is honorable. I am now into the transmission for 1575 plus now I have to pay out of pocket to fix the certified/warrantied transmission. Terrible experience.
